For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...
Mark 10:45
Our motto is "Serving God ~ Serving Others"
If you would like a place to serve we can help you. We participate in variety of ministries that help our community and the world at large. One such ministry is ministering to those in our community who cannot get out and about independently. There are monthly serves for those in our local care facilities as well as Meals on Wheels. We help those in need with our take and leave food box located by our front steps, our emergency food vouchers, and the Summer Lunch Program for kids. Operation Christmas Child is a favorite ministry as is the local Christmas is Caring which provides food for those in need and gifts for kids during the holidays. Another local ministry is our Wood-cutting Ministry which provided firewood for those in need during the winter months. Children's and Youth Ministries such as Vacation Bible School, Associational Church Camp, Sunday School, Children's Church, and Nursery are also quite popular. Our church also has a music ministry through our adult and kid's choirs. If you like to travel, there is the Associational Partnership Missions trips,
Another ministry that is near and dear to our hearts is our participation in disaster relief efforts through the Missouri Disaster Relief Program. There are so many ways to give of oneself working in this particular ministry.

He is also heavily involved with Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief and has many suggestions on how to serve in that regard. Some of our ministries require a recommendation from the pastor, so he is a great person to get to know.
